Job Duties

As a Chief of Program Planning, you would monitor and evaluate DOCCS programs and their outcomes; design, conduct, and formulate program plans and evaluations; resolve methodological issues; represent the agency and liaison with DOCCS staff, research partners, and other State agencies; supervise the work of professional staff assigned to the unit, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of work and the appropriate coordination with other parties; and, perform the full range of supervisory duties such as reviewing and evaluating work, time and attendance, and performance evaluations.
