Job Duties

As a Community Services Program Analyst 3, you would oversee the activities of the Downstate or Upstate Regional Office; oversee and establish the work priorities and assignments for staff, participate in program planning and development; assist with the establishment, modification and determining the priorities of program policies; assist in the determination and allocation of resources; provide high level technical expert and program problem solving assistance for a large geographic area.

You must be a qualified employee of New York State and have a minimum of one year permanent competitive service as a Community Services Program Analyst 2.
