Job Duties

Deputy Administrator Veterans Home:  formulate policies for the Home following guidelines from Health Facilities Management and in accordance with regulatory requirements of the Department of Health and the Federal Government; leads program development efforts; serves as the second in command to the Director; provides evening, night, weekend and holiday direction to the home as needed; directly supervises several clinical and non-clinical department heads and coordinates thier activities; provides leadership and direction to facility staff in coordinating patient care services and accomplishing staffing patterns that are in accordance with accepted clinical standards; and other duties as deemed necessary.
