As a Public Information Assistant Digital Content, you would:
Receive and post information to agency Facebook and Twitter accounts.
Edit web content using the content management systems.
Upload content to video and image social media accounts such as YouTube and Flickr.
Apply style guidelines to produce high-quality and accurate work in accordance with agency policies and strategies for digital communications.
Follow up on information technology service tickets to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.
