Job Duties

As an Arts Team Associate, you would prepare cultural service contracts and oversee distribution by clerical staff; monitor returned contracts; prepare returned contracts and encumbrances for processing; prepare materials for audit of contracts; contact organizations for final reports; answer applicant's questions about contracts and contracting process; analyze financial information to determine contract compliance; and prepare statistical and written reports relating to the contract process.

Summary of Minimum Qualifications

This title is non-competitive.  No examination is necessary.  However, you must still meet the Minimum Qualifications of the position.

Candidates must have a Four year college degree in appropriate field (or equivalent work experience) PLUS one year work experience in related field.  Computer proficient in word processing, data spreadsheet programs, and on-line communications.
