Job Duties

As a Director of Claims Validation and Prize Payments, you would  administer the automated prize payment system; supervise all mail-in prize claims; direct the operation of an annuity prize payment system; develop and maintain operating procedures and guidelines; ensure internal controls for handling redeemed tickets, prize claims and checks are effective and secure; maintain and recommend Lottery policy statements related to game rules and regulations; confer with consultants to determine processing, validation, and payment procedures for each game and ensure compliance with Lottery regulations; design game claim forms; function as liaison with winners for the timely collection of prizes and answer questions; develop and maintain performance monitoring and reporting systems; perform the full range of supervisory duties of account clerical staff.
