An individual's final salary is determined by the Office of the State Comptroller. This salary schedule does not reflect any Special Salary Treatments
As the Director, Division of Educational Testing, you would direct and coordinate the development of state of the art assessment practices; oversee the development and identification of theoretical and practical bases for specifying learning standards; manage the development of a new assessment program; direct and design the evaluation of pilot assessments for new standards; manage the analysis of demographic and societal trends and development of appropriate policy recommendations; oversee the development and administration of the State''s current testing program; oversee analysis of State assessments to insure technical quality and produce technical reports; and oversee the evaluation of the performance of State and local testing programs and assist schools and school districts in planning, developing and implementing programs and practices to meet specified standards.
