As a Senior Landscape Architect, you would perform the full range of professional landscape architectural activities. You may supervise lower level staff and all landscape architectural activities and projects for an assigned work group or region. You would review and approve estimates, specifications, contracts, completed work, contract changes and payments, and contractor work activities to ensure that work is completed in accordance with plans and contracts. You may also sign and stamp landscape architectural plans. You would perform site assessments; wetland mitigation designs; pedestrian facility designs; provide project management services; develop erosion and sediment control plans, storm water pollution prevention plans, and oversee training for landscape architectural activities.
