Job Duties

Perform the same basic clinical activities and tasks as a Senior Licensed Practical Nurse 1. However, their degree of experience and expertise allows for participation in the development of treatment plans, and for supervision of staff; may supervise direct care staff in homes serving 6 or more individuals with complex medical/nursing needs.

The level of the titles within this career ladder vary based on the level of supervision, complexity of the duties involved, degree of independent judgment, etc.
