Job Duties

Under close supervision, assists professional scientists and technicians by maintaining laboratory supplies and facilities in a state ready for work; tends, manipulates and operates laboratory instruments and apparatus in the performance of some routine test procedures.

The level of the titles within this career ladder vary based on the level of supervision, complexity of the duties involved, degree of independent judgment, etc.
