Summary of Minimum Qualifications

This title is non-competitive.  No examination is necessary.  However, you must still meet the Minimum Qualifications of the position.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree AND six years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative or executive capacity involving the planning and administration of major programs in a large organization.  

Experience must have involved responsibility for development and maintenance of effective working relations with such individuals or groups as employers, employer associations, labor organizations, medical or engineering societies, government agencies or other groups concerned with the program.

Graduate study in such fields as industrial safety, vocational safety, industrial hygiene, industrial technology may be substituted for up to four years of the above experience on a year-for-year basis.
