Job Duties

As a Homeland Security Training Facility Director, you would:

Direct the development, implementation and administration of the State Preparedness Training Center.

Direct the research of potential funding sources.

Direct the recruitment and development of instructors.

Direct the research of new training methods, materials, and technology.

Direct the monitoring and evaluation of course curriculum and instructors.

Manage the overall budget of the Training Center; evaluate and control expenditures.

Perform the full range of administrative supervisory responsibilities.
