Summary of Minimum Qualifications

This title is non-competitive. No examination is necessary. However, you must still meet the Minimum Qualifications of the position.
Candidates must have:
A Bachelor's Degree with a major in accounting, finance, economics or a related field AND
Four years of executive experience in a large business or governmental organization with responsibility for financial planning and fiscal management AND
One of the following:
a) An additional two years of experience as described above OR
b) Two years of experience in a bank or other financial institution, or in the auditing and examination of such an organization as a member of a private firm or governmental agency OR
c) Possesion of a certificate as a CPA or
d) A satisfactory combination of a,b,and c.
