Job Duties

As a Director of Nursing 2 (Youth), you would establish and maintain standards, policies, and procedures of nursing practices; evaluate and monitor professional clinical nursing staff to ensure competent nursing care; review records for compliance with agency practice/protocol and develop corrective plans of action when necessary; monitor nursing trends; advocate for resources; and recommend operational improvements.
