Health Care Surveyors are registered professional nurses who are responsible for the surveillance and regulation of health care providers to ensure that care provided meets standards of practice and complies with State and federal statutes and regulations.
As a Health Care Surveyor 2 (Nursing), you would perform all the duties of Health Care Surveyor 1 (Nursing) with a higher level of independence and may supervise and train lower-level staff, including Health Care Surveyors 1 (Nursing).
