Job Duties

As an Addictions Program Specialist Trainee 1, you would assist with a wide range of professional, administrative, and technical tasks associated with addictions prevention, treatment, and recovery systems. Under the supervision of a higher level Addictions Program Specialist, you would aid with the research, collection, and analysis of reports/data, and assist in the integration of effective local addictions services, ensuring program compliance with guidelines and regulations. You would perform these required tasks in specific geographic, program, and/or functional areas of the OASAS operation.
