As a Standards Compliance Analyst 4 (Developmental Disabilities), you would assist in the overall management of the Division of Quality Improvement; oversee staff engaged in the development of quality improvement policies and procedures, and program review activities; coordinate quality improvement operations with inspection and certification field staff; and directly supervise Standards Compliance Analysts 3 (Developmental Disabilities).

You must take and pass a Civil Service examination in order to be considered for this position.
On or before the date of the examination, you must be a qualified employee of the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities and have had three months of permanent competitive or 55-b/55-c service as a:
Either A. Standards Compliance Analyst 3 (Developmental Disabilities) or Standards Compliance Analyst 3;
Or B. Standards Compliance Analyst 2 (Developmental Disabilities) or Standards Compliance Analyst 2.
If you were permanently appointed to a qualifying title on or before February 13, 2023, and have served continuously in this title since that date, you are eligible to file for this examination.
