Human Resources Specialists 1 (Municipal Assistance) manage an account or caseload of a group of municipal Civil Service agencies. Employees provide technical assistance and advice on a wide variety of matters related to administration of the Civil Service Merit System.
Trainees will receive a combination of structured training, on-the-job training, and/or practical job performance to gain the knowledge and experience necessary to function at the full performance level.
