Job Duties
As an Archives and Records Management Specialist 3, you would provide technical assistance and leadership to organizations concerning the management of archives and records information systems; oversee a program unit, a project team, or a field office and supervise subordinate staff; respond to difficult customer requests and make recommendations on record keeping methods, tools, and service delivery; assist in the development of program policies; prepare and disseminate publications; prepare and present training on records management; assist in the preparation of budget and grant proposals; and develop workshops, publications, and other products and services relating to archives and records management.
