Job Duties

Director, Financial Administration 2: responsible for budget preparation, fiscal planning, and agency support services activities in small to medium-sized, active programs. Directors at this level are characterized by combined technical and managerial involvement in the budget process. They function as fiscal advisors to management by preparing and presenting a variety of financial reports, statements, and data of a factual and analytical nature. They typically work under the supervision of administrators who are ultimately responsible for their agencies' budget and fiscal programs. Directors 2 supervise professional staff at the Associate Budgeting Analyst level.

Summary of Minimum Qualifications

You must take and pass a Civil Service examination to be considered for this position.

One year of permanent service in a financial management or budgeting position allocated to Grade 23 or higher.
