As a Resources and Reimbursement Program Development Specialist 3, you would supervise, coordinate, and direct the activities of Resources and Reimbursement Program Development Specialists 1 and Resources and Reimbursement Program Development Specialists 2, and the operations of a statewide resources and reimbursement program to improve financial resources, maximize revenue, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

You must take and pass a Civil Service examination in order to be considered for this position.
On or before the date of the examination, you must be a qualified employee of the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities or the New York State Office of Mental Health and have had three months of permanent competitive or 55-b/55-c service as a:
Either A. Resources and Reimbursement Program Development Specialist 2;
Or B. Resources and Reimbursement Agent 3.
Only the title or titles listed are qualifying.
If you were permanently appointed to a qualifying title on or before July 22, 2022, and have served continuously in this title since that date, you are eligible to file for this examination.
